Hello! My name is Harsh Panara—an engineer driven by a passion for innovation, education, and applying technology to solve real-world challenges. As a first-generation college student, my academic and leadership journey has been a deeply rewarding experience—not only for me but also for my family, who have supported me every step of the way.
I recently completed my Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University. Throughout my time at Cornell, I took on enriching roles as a Graduate Teaching and Research Specialist—supporting Computer Architecture (ECE 4750) during the Fall semester and Microelectronics (ECE 3150) in the Spring. These experiences deepened my understanding of complex systems and allowed me to mentor fellow graduate and undergraduate students in subjects ranging from digital design to semiconductor devices and CMOS logic.
Prior to Cornell, I earned my undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nirma University, where I served as President of the Electronics and Communication Students Organization. In that role, I successfully revived and led Prevoyance, a national-level tech festival that returned after an 11-year hiatus, drawing participants from across India.
My leadership experience extends beyond campus. As a core member of Team Arrow, I played a significant role in our international success at the AUVSI SUAS competitions—securing 14th place in 2022 and an impressive 5th place in 2023. I’ve also represented my institutions in national-level events like SAE INDIA Aero Design and GUJCOST Robofest, while continuing to give back to the community through initiatives like Techinquiri, where I mentored school students in emerging technologies.
I am constantly seeking opportunities to grow—both technically and as a leader—by contributing to impactful projects at the intersection of hardware systems, embedded design, and innovation-driven problem-solving.
